Product Safety & Cosmetic Disclaimer

LOAMI products are formulated solely for topical cosmetic and external body application. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid direct contact with the eyes, mucous membranes, open wounds, or broken, irritated, or sunburned skin. If product gets into eyes, flush thoroughly with cool water. If irritation, rash, redness, itching, or swelling develops, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician or healthcare provider.

Patch Test Recommendation

Because our formulations contain natural plant botanicals, essential oils, fragrance compounds, and cosmetic-grade mineral micas, individual sensitivities or allergic reactions may occur. We strongly advise performing a patch test prior to full application: apply a dime-sized amount to the inner forearm or behind the ear and wait 24 to 48 hours. If any irritation occurs, do not use the product.

Pregnancy & Medical Conditions

If you are pregnant, nursing, attempting to conceive, taking prescription medications, or managing a medical condition, consult your physician before using products formulated with concentrated essential oils or botanical extracts.

Surface, Slip & Fabric Warnings

  • Slip Hazard: Formulations containing plant and tallow carrier oils may cause bath, shower, tile, or flooring surfaces to become extremely slippery. Exercise caution during and after application.

  • Mica & Mineral Pigment Transfer: Mineral micas and natural cosmetic colorants provide luminous skin shimmer. While designed to absorb and set on skin, pigments and oils may transfer onto light-colored clothing, delicate fabrics, towels, upholstery, or fine linens. Allow oils to fully absorb prior to dressing.

Sunlight & Phototoxicity Advisory

Certain natural citrus essential oils (such as cold-pressed orange, bergamot, or grapefruit) can increase skin sensitivity to sunlight and UV exposure. If applying blends containing citrus notes, we recommend following with broad-spectrum SPF or avoiding prolonged, direct UV exposure immediately after application.

Storage & Natural Variation

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, and moisture. Because our items are handcrafted in artisan micro-batches with natural waxes, butters, and carrier oils, slight variations in color, natural scent depth, and shimmer suspension are normal and do not affect product efficacy. Reseal tightly after each use.
